Newcomers' Club, established in 1972, is a social and charitable organization. We welcome new families through
monthly social activities and assist local charities. We welcome new residents in the towns of Rumson, Fair Haven, Little
Silver and Shrewsbury by organizing various social events that help new members meet other people and introduce them to the
variety of establishments and resources that this area has to offer. We have approximately a dozen events planned per month:
Couples Activities, Children's Come and Play, Book Talk, Ladies Luncheon and Men's Activities, just to name a few. Each month
we send out a newsletter containing a schedule of these events as well as timely information on local happenings. Our Club's
activities start in September and end with our year-end party in June. Only members of the Club are invited to view and participate in our monthly
events that are listed under Events Calendar, Newcomer's Network, and Newsletter. These pages are password protected.
Purposes: . To extend a friendly and neighborly welcome to all Newcomers by introducing them to others like themselves and help them towards building a new social life in their new communities. . To identify and assist worthy and charitable projects within the community and donate time and energy towards assisting local communities in worthwhile programs. .
